Cindy Lee graduated with a Commerce Degree from Curtin University in Perth, WA before embarking on a career as a diversified Property Industry Specialist.
Cindy has more than 18 years’ experience in the marketing and sale of major Mixed Use and Residential Developments at both national and international level. Her career includes Senior Management and Director level positions with companies spanning Colliers (Perth, Sydney and London), Stockland (Perth and Sydney) and Dubai Holding (Middle East and North Africa).
Throughout her career Cindy has focused on identifying and implementing critically important strategies specifically linked to successful outcomes within the property development sector. This has resulted in the highly effective marketing of more than 100 separate apartment developments throughout the UK, Australia, Asia Pacific and the Middle East. Cindy is retained as a marketing and sales consultant by a wide range of private and ASX listed developers who utilise her expertise in the delineation of brand-marketable and highly saleable apartment projects.
Extensive property marketing experience and ongoing professional development will ensure that Cindy remains at the forefront of key design and investment trends. Cindy’s principal imperative is to deliver results for her clients that far exceed project feasibility forecasts.
Chadd Boucher graduated with a Bachelor of Commerce Degree (Property), which saw him commence his real estate career as a Commercial and Residential Property Valuer. Whilst working in Valuations, Chadd also studied and graduated as a Physiotherapist which he ended up working as for 7 years.
His passion for real estate continued to burn, which saw Chadd resign from his physiotherapy career and commence work as a residential sales agent in the Perth off plan market. He rapidly cemented his reputation as an agent who gets results, particularly where other agents are unable to get sales traction. His ability to interpret plans, communicate design nuances to clients and garner confidence from prospective buyers places Chadd amongst the best operators in the market. In the last 24 months alone, Chadd has transacted over 250 apartments ($130 million) in the Perth apartment market.
Chadd enjoys helping his clients to ensure the purchasing process is simple and stress free. His authentic approach resonates strongly with prospects and is a major reason why he outperforms competitors in the market even in the most challenging of conditions.
